ABOUT CONFERENCE

We are pleased to announce that the 2nd International Social Sciences Conference organized by the Management and Organization Association will be held at Univerzitet Donja Gorica Premises, Podgorica/ Montenegro between 29th and 30th of April 2025. The papers will be selected by a board of referees and the selection will be carried out within the framework of double-blind peer review. The presentations can be delivered online or face-to-face in both English and Turkish.

During the conference (25 April - 1 May 2025), there will be a cultural event and trip where you can enjoy the most beautiful spots of Balkans.

2nd International Social Sciences Conference is an international conference that meets academic promotion (associate professorship) and 2020 incentive criteria. We strongly believe that our congress is an outstanding event where academic concerns are at the forefront. We look forward to welcoming you and your valuable participation in this distinguished science festival.

ABSTRACT TEXT SUBMITTING RULES:

Abstract text papers should be prepared in accordance with the papers template file. Abstract text submission rules:

Abstracts in the congress will be in both Turkish and English.

The abstract to be presented at the congress should be between a minimum of 300 and a maximum of 500 words.

The abstract should include the purpose, method, findings, and conclusion (for completed studies) of the study.

Four keywords of the study should be given.

Formal Format of the Paper

• Times New Roman 11 points, 1.15 line spacing will be used.

• It will be arranged with 6 nk spaces before and after the paragraphs.

• Paragraph titles will be indented from the left (starting 1cm inside), paragraphs will be arranged in a single column format, justified.

• Headings will be written in 12 pt bold, no spaces will be left after the headings.

• Page margins will be in the form of normal spaces (Top-bottom-right-left 2.5cm) in A4 form.

• Pictures can be included in the text in a way that does not disturb the visual integrity of the text and the flow of the narrative. When adding your pictures, take into account that they will not be printed in color.

• Applications outside the specified formal format will not be evaluated.

• Do not give page numbers to your document.

Conference Participation Fee

Registration fee is 50 Euro or 2.000 Turkish Liras, for the coffee breaks and documentation (book and participation certificate), should be paid after the summary acceptation results notice using the following link. The fee is for only the face to face participants of the meeting unrelated with the contributors of the papers. If you want to join the tour, it is charged extra. You can make online or face-to-face presentations at the symposium.

Participation Fee for the Trip Programme

Within the scope of the conference, a tour of Greece, Macedonia and Montenegro is also organised. However, participation in the tour is not compulsory. If you do not participate in the tour, it is sufficient to pay the conference registration fee. The paper fee is independent of the tour fee.

The tour costs 550 Euros and includes
-7 days bus journey (departing from Istanbul)
-Hotel accommodation
-Includes 1 meal for each day
-Guidance service etc.

SUBMISSION RULES

Paper Writing Rules: All the Submission will be in MS Word format. Please do not write any name and affiliation initially; after the peer review process the journal format should be used as an example to ease typesetting. Chicago APA style should be used for references. 

Paper Submission: The related link should be used for submission. Please check with the Word Editing Tool before submission. If You are not a native speaker of the language of the submitted abstract, please take professional editing help before article submission.

Evaluation process: The abstracts will be evaluated by their relevance and value for the specialty to the real time requirements via Advisory Board. After the acceptance, the face to face presentations will be criticized during the conference sessions and in the Panel afterwards. The selected full papers of the participants will be subject to article revision process (2nd double-blind peer review) after the completion of conference proceeding book.

Proceedings Books: The proceedings will constitute a book. After the Conference, the full paper submissions should be finished till Feb 20th to take place in The Printed Proceedings. (*)
