Distinguished Scientists and Researchers
We are pleased to announce that the 2nd International Social Sciences Conference organized by the Management and Organization Association will be held at Univerzitet Donja Gorica Premises, Podgorica/ Montenegro between 29th and 30th of April 2025. The papers will be selected by a board of referees and the selection will be carried out within the framework of double-blind peer review. The presentations can be delivered online or face-to-face in both English and Turkish.
During the conference (25 April - 1 May 2025), there will be a cultural event and trip where you can enjoy the most beautiful spots of Balkans.
2nd International Social Sciences Conference is an international conference that meets academic promotion (associate professorship) and 2020 incentive criteria. We strongly believe that our congress is an outstanding event where academic concerns are at the forefront. We look forward to welcoming you and your valuable participation in this distinguished science festival.

You can make your presentation in face-to-face and online sessions
- Abstract submission deadline extended to 1st of April 2025
- All sessions will be video recorded
- International quality, meets the criteria for the associate professorship

- Papers are evaluated by the double-blind referee method.

PUBLICATION OPPORTUNITIES
If the papers presented at the conference are sent to the following journals by the authors, they will have the opportunity to be published as a result of blind referee evaluation.
In addition, your papers will be published in our journal upon your request.
